you typed your number into my phone yourself. it's almost three and i still haven't texted.
It's almost three and I'm still in the hotel robe, makeup half off, shoes by the door where I stepped out of them.
The wedding was good. I cried at the part everyone cries at.
There was one slow song. You asked like it was nothing, your hand already half out, and I said sure like it was nothing too. We didn't really talk. Just swayed in that way where you're mostly listening to whether the other person is comfortable.
When it ended you said we should get coffee sometime. I said yeah. Then your cousin pulled you off for a photo and that was it.
I have your number now. You typed it into my phone yourself, which felt like more than it was.
I keep opening the keyboard and closing it. It's too late to text. It would be weird to text.
I'm not even sure it was anything. Probably it wasn't.
I just keep thinking about how you waited until the song was almost over to actually look at me.
