phone's at four percent and i keep not plugging it in. like letting it die would make the night official.
phone's at four percent and i keep not plugging it in. like if i let it die that's the night ending, officially. i'm not tired. i'm not anything really. just lying here doing the thing where you scroll past the same three posts and they refresh into the same three posts.
i did the math earlier without meaning to. i'm twenty-six. if i sleep eight hours i'm awake for sixteen and i spend maybe four of those waiting for the part of the day where i can come back here and lie down again. so the day is the thing i get through to reach the night. and the night is this.
it's not sad exactly. it's just quieter than i expected being a person to be. nobody warns you that most of it is you and a ceiling and a charger you can reach but won't.
three percent now.
i think i kept it at four on purpose. so something would still be deciding to stay on besides me.
